Passive House Certification is complete for Alexi Arango’s Amherst home, making it the first certified passive house in the Pioneer Valley and one of only a few in Massachusetts. Integrity completed the construction of this GO Logic-designed house in the Fall of 2014. All parties involved were committed to realizing this high standard of energy efficiency and we are proud to have done our part to help Alexi reach this goal.

Integrity house featured in Living Spaces

LS_Spg15_AgingGracefully-SpreadAnother Integrity project is featured in the latest issue of Living Spaces magazine. This custom built house included safety features and universal design concepts as the homeowners wanted it to be their “forever home”. Heidi Flanders, who is a certified aging-in-place specialist (CAPS), designed this house with accessibility and comfort in mind.
